San Felipe Neri Church – Oaxaca City

The San Felipe Neri Church is located in the centre of Oaxaca just 2 blocks from the zócalo and is the church where Oaxacan ex-president Benito Júarez wed Margarita Maza in 1841. The San Felipe Neri church was constructed between 1733 and 1770 with the exception of the bell towers which were added in the 19th century. The ex-convent is now used as the Angel Vasconcelos hospital.

The San Felipe Neri church is a very central so why not pay it a visit and see what you think?
